Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in the original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
- Perishable goods
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.
